We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to scale our IT operations through automation and platform integrations, supporting identity management, SaaS, and endpoint systems.
You'll work closely with security leadership with real ownership in a fast-moving startup.
Ce que vous ferez
- Automate manual IT workflows (access requests, onboarding/offboarding, SaaS provisioning).
- Build API integrations, webhooks, and self-service capabilities to reduce ticket volume.
- Manage identity lifecycle (SSO, SCIM) and standardize SaaS governance.
- Oversee endpoint compliance, zero-touch provisioning, and remote infrastructure.
- Handle Tier 2/3 escalations and lead root-cause analysis to address systemic issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standardized operational workflows.
Who are you
- 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems, or operations.
- Strong experience with Identity & Access Management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, user lifecycle).
- SaaS integration using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, or similar identity platforms.
- Building workflows/automations using n8n, Zapier, or AI-assisted tools.
- Strong Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and end-to-end technical project ownership.
Points bonus
- Administration of macOS/Windows, Slack, Jira, and HiBob environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Experience with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Check Point Harmony Endpoint.
